Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

It seems we are currently experiencing confusion and uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  The Eldridge Team wants to assure our customers, vendors & friends that we are continuing to operate without interruption.  At this time, we have had no delays in production, delivery or order processing.  Should this change, we will keep everyone in our network updated.

In uncertain times, it is nice to have a few concrete thoughts to steady your path:

  • Eldridge is operating remotely with normal business hours.

  • All projects are on schedule.

  • Sales calls and factory visits have been cancelled unless a dire situation arises.

  • The Eldridge Team will continue to provide the exemplary level of service you expect.

As of Monday, March 23, 2020 we will begin working remotely. All of our team will be available during normal business hours via email, mobile and our office phone. Eldridge office phone system will use the auto-attendant allowing you to select your desired person’s extension. Should that person be unavailable, please leave a voice message and they will return your call at their earliest.  If you are not certain with whom you need to speak, simply leave a voice message in the general box and someone will get back to you.
