Executive Leadership
Eldridge has been solving ventilation, air quality, and noise problems for industrial and marine customers since 1946. Below are the people who run the company, and the sales team our customers work with every day.
Chief Executive Officer
Joe Davis
Joe has over 40 years of experience in operations management, project management,
sales engineering, industrial acoustics, ventilation, and design. In these positions, Joe
has supervised the construction of manufacturing facilities, scheduled and managed
production of equipment, managed application engineering and design groups, and
managed a nationwide sales representative network.
Joe is a graduate of University of Arkansas – Grantham with a Bachelor of Science in
Engineering Management. In addition, he is a graduate of Fluor Engineers School of
Advanced Refinery and Chemical Plant Design and the Bolt, Beranek and Newman
School on Noise Control for Buildings, Manufacturing Plants, Equipment, and Products.
Joe is regularly invited to lead workshops on ventilation and acoustics in Houston and
across the US to familiarize others with his passion. He also has co-authored a paper
presented at the Arctic Technology Conference on ventilation on arctic drill ships and
contributed to several other industry papers.
Joe is co-inventor on seven patents issued by the United States Patent Office for
Industrial and Marine Ventilation and Filtration Equipment, as well as four international
patents with three more pending.
In his time off, Joe enjoys working on cars, blacksmithing projects and spending time at
the family farm with his wife and children. He is an active member of Austonio Baptist
Church and has served on the Fort Bend Christian Academy Board of Trustees and
Advisory Boards for several manufacturers. He currently serves on the Advisory Board
for Core Group Resources and on the Cares Catalyst Advisory Board as Chairman.
President
Ed Neese
Ed has been a financial professional for over 35 years. His experience includes management consulting, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, forensic accounting, corporate finance, and international tax.
Immediately prior to joining Eldridge, Ed was the Vice President of Finance for TGS-NOPEC, a multi-national organization that specialized in seismic data. He was responsible for the accounting, tax and finance functions for all North and South America business offices. Additionally, Ed had responsibility for global treasury functions such as FX exchange and investments.
Ed has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University where he specialized in the study of HVAC systems. After graduating from WVU, he went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from Rice University with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship. Ed is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
When not working, Ed enjoys swimming, reading, home fix-up projects as well as spending time with his wife and their 5 children.
Vice President
Don Nelson
Don joined Eldridge in 2019 as the company’s first dedicated Sales Manager. He has an undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from University of Houston. He has over 30 years of industrial sales and management experience focused on servicing heavy industry.
Early in his professional career, Don was introduced to the health and safety risks factory workers face every day. Ever since, he has been in some way linked to providing products that contribute to improving the environment within industrial workspaces.

Chris Schell
Manager, Inside Sales & Key Accounts
Chris Schell is a driving force behind Eldridge’s growth, OEM partnerships, and customer success. Currently serving as Manager of Inside Sales & Key Accounts, Chris leverages more than three decades of design and sales experience across the marine, energy, and heavy industrial fields. Since starting with Eldridge in 2008, he has touched nearly every operational pillar of the business, actively steering product development, driving high-value sales, and overseeing warehouse operations to ensure scalable solutions for our clients.
Josh Janecek
Key Accounts & Pipeline Ventilation Sales
Josh Janecek joined Eldridge right after graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Industrial Distribution. He has 16+ years of experience spanning outside sales, marine sales, and product development.
Josh is passionate about solving complex ventilation challenges and helping customers improve their facilities, processes, products, and overall efficiency.
Joe Rodriquez
Marine & Offshore Ventilation Sales
Joe joined Eldridge in April 2024 to manage the Marine & Offshore division, which has been the flagship business for Eldridge since its inception in 1946. He studied Aeronautical Engineering at Texas A&M, Mechanical Engineering at University of Houston, and taught math at Pearland High School. His professional career spans over 20+ years within the Oil & Gas, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Industrial industries; beginning with the Power Division for Caterpillar Generators, then providing IoT solutions, and now developing critical ventilation solutions for global Marine & Offshore companies.
Kevin Cull
Process Ventilation & Acoustic Sales
Kevin Cull brings nearly 40 years of industrial equipment sales and service experience to Eldridge, with a strong focus on customer relationships and practical solutions. Prior to joining Eldridge, Kevin spent 31 years with Tennant Company, building extensive experience serving industrial customers. In his role as Project Manager for Process Ventilation, he works closely with petrochemical customers while expanding relationships across a variety of industries.
Clayton Settle
Industrial Ventilation Sales - SE Texas & Louisiana
Clayton joined Eldridge in 2018 as the Southeast Texas Industrial Ventilation territory manager. He has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Before joining Eldridge, Clayton worked inside sales for a fan manufacturing company. He loves helping his customers solve problems with heat, fumes, stagnant air, and humidity keeping in mind our mission of creating successful work environments. The thing that he loves best about his job is the ability to enrich lives through service.
Jose Carmona
Industrial Ventilation Sales - Central & SW Texas
Jose Carmona joined Eldridge as a Business Development Manager after spending 25 years in commercial construction. He earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
At Eldridge, Jose works with plant and facility managers, engineers, and operations teams to help solve ventilation and environmental challenges in industrial facilities.
His areas of focus include industrial ventilation, heat, humidity, air quality, and noise control. Jose enjoys working with customers to understand their challenges and develop practical, engineered solutions that improve the environment for people, products, and processes.
Jeff Vestal
Industrial Ventilation Sales - N Texas & Oklahoma
Jeff Vestal is an Industrial Account Manager with Eldridge USA, specializing in Energy & Climate Solutions. With 24 years of HVAC industry experience and a BSME from Clemson University, Jeff serves the North Texas industrial market. He enjoys visiting manufacturing facilities and helping customers find practical HVAC solutions.
Zach Nelson
Inside Sales - Government & Key Accounts
Zach Nelson serves as an Inside Sales Representative at Eldridge, supporting the sales team and helping customers find the right solutions for their applications. He joined Eldridge full-time in July 2026 after graduating from the University of West Florida. Before beginning his full-time role, Zach spent three summers in Eldridge’s internship program, gaining hands-on experience with the company’s products, systems, and operations while developing a strong understanding of how Eldridge serves its customers.
