At Eldridge, we encourage our team to live the Buffalo Culture. That means that when faced with a tough issue or challenge, we want them to run headfirst into it before it becomes a bigger problem.
This response is like that of the American Buffalo when faced with a thunderstorm. Rather than lay down or run away, the Buffalo herd gathers and charges straight into the storm. They know that by charging into the storm, the duration is shorter with less risk of peril.
For 2024, we have awarded the Eldridge Buffalo Culture Award to Eric Touma. Eric is our senior accountant and has been with Eldridge for just over a year. Although he was new to the Eldridge team, Eric took on a challenging problem that was not within his accounting area of responsibility. He provided the motivation and leadership for a small group of employees to complete the documentation process for a large project. We appreciate that Eric has embraced the Eldridge Buffalo Culture.
