Eldridge opened its doors in 1946 and is still going strong. We owe most of that to our fantastic team. Too often as mangers and owners we forget to put first what keeps our lights on, our employees. Our team knows they do a great job and credit is fairly given and often but a token of recognition allows them to carry you with them. There are 4 employees that have been with Eldridge over 10 years. Knowing our annual Christmas party was approaching we decided to honor those individuals with all our team and family present. After all, a great employee can only be as great as his support system so why not let everyone in our Eldridge family celebrate their accomplishments.
Chris Schell & James Ochoa celebrated 10 (+ a few) years and were gifted a backpack with the Eldridge Logo history embroidered on its front.
Steve Chaffin celebrated 15 (+a few) years and was given an embroidered rifle & pistol case with the Eldridge Logo history.
Fred Mott celebrated 30 years with Eldridge! We chose to send he and his lovely bride, Jan, to La Cantera Resort for the weekend. As I stated earlier, support helps make your team stronger and Jan has served 30 years of patience and understanding at Fred’s side.
You guys put the ‘extra’ in ‘extraordinary.’ Thank you for the years of service, loyalty and dedication to Eldridge.
