When Eldridge sponsored the Junior Market Steer Auction at the 2015 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the company received 1/4 of a butchered steer.
We were happy to take the opportunity to spread our donation further by donating this meat to the Star of Hope Mission here in Houston, TX. Star of Hope is a Christian organization founded in 1907 and dedicated to ending homelessness. They provide programs, meals, and shelter for men, women, and children who find themselves in this difficult situation.
