Our culture at Eldridge is built on our core values of Positivity, Integrity, Balance, Communication, and Service. With regards to Communication, we believe that it is important to have open and honest communications with our employees regarding the strategies and finances of the company. That is why we have quarterly company meetings to update all employees on the results of the prior quarter and to discuss the critical things that need to be accomplished going forward. In our first meeting of every year, we recognize employees that have hit employment milestones with service awards. This year we recognized three employees with service awards.
Anna Lucas
She is the pleasant voice that greets all callers and the friendly smile that welcomes all visitors. In addition, Anna manages order entry and creates all vendor POs. Where her real talent lies is in managing our logistics. She keeps the sales team out of trouble when it comes to creating packaging lists and making all freight arrangements. We recognized Anna’s 5 years of service with a travel bag that we hope she uses to take a much-deserved vacation.
Don Nelson
Don is our Vice President of Sales and has been with Eldridge since 2019. He has used his many years of sales management expertise to provide organization and structure to our sales team. He has been the driving force behind the growth of our national industrial ventilation business and the brand recognition for Eldridge Fan. We recognized Don’s 5 years of service with an Eldridge backpack.
Chris Schell
Every well performing team needs a great utility player and Chris is ours. He manages our warehouse which includes driving the forklift. He also manages our vendors that build our heavy-duty Eldridge Fans. On top of those functions, he also handles our inside sales which includes most of our Power Industry customers. We recognized Chris’ 15 years of service with a trip for he and his wife to relax and enjoy time away from the office.
