At Eldridge, safety has always been more than a policy — it’s a mindset. Whether we’re designing ventilation solutions for hazardous industrial environments or supporting our colleagues in the field, we understand that preparedness saves lives. That’s why The Eldridge Team recently took the time to complete certified CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training — ensuring that if an emergency ever arises, we’ll be ready to act.
Why CPR Training Matters
Emergencies don’t send meeting invites. They happen suddenly — in the office, on a job site, or even at lunch. Having team members trained in CPR can make the difference between panic and action, between uncertainty and saving a life.
Just like our ventilation systems protect workers from unseen hazards, CPR training equips our people to respond when the unthinkable happens.
Hands-On Learning for Real Confidence
The session wasn’t just another box to check. The Eldridge team rolled up their sleeves and got hands-on — learning proper chest compression techniques, how to use an AED, and the critical steps to keep blood and oxygen flowing until professional help arrives.
The class was led by certified instructors who emphasized both the technical process and the confidence it takes to step in when seconds count.
Prepared for Work and for Life
At the end of the day, CPR training isn’t just a workplace skill. It’s a life skill. We hope we’ll never have to use it, but we take comfort knowing The Eldridge Team is prepared — for each other, for our customers, and for our community.
