Recognizing Two Long-Time Eldridge Employees

At our recent employee meeting, we recognized two long-time Eldridge employees with service Awards.

Fred Mott has been with Eldridge for 35 years.  He has been a valuable member of the sales team working with customers on a wide variety of complex projects including blow-down silencers, motor cooling systems, and railcar dryers.

Fred has been an important part of the culture at Eldridge.  His strong Christian faith and how he lives by our core values have been great examples for all of us to follow.  Fred also reminds us every Wednesday that it is “hump day” and that Thursdays are “cow days” when we all go and have bar-b-que together.

For his long-time contributions to Eldridge, we honored Fred with a beautiful, gold Movado watch.

Josh joined Eldridge back in 2010 straight out of Texas A&M with an Industrial Distribution degree.  In his 15 years at Eldridge, he has developed strong technical skills in both ventilation and noise control.  Our pipeline customers appreciate that Josh can simultaneously solve the tough ventilation issues and meet their strict noise restrictions.

Up until recently, he was our South Texas sales representative working out of Corpus Christi.  But we had a great need for a highly technical person to support our growing national inbound sales leads, so we moved him to inside sales.  The timing was perfect because Josh and his family are now moving to Houston.  We are looking forward to having him back in the Houston office on a daily basis.

For his 15 years of service, we provided Josh with a Yeti back-pack cooler.
