Eldridge Makes Donation to Samaritan’s Purse

This year, the Eldridge team was excited to rally together to make a donation to Samaritan’s Purse’s Operation Christmas Child shoebox collection effort. Lead by our awesome admins Danielle and Jeanie, employees purchased items to fill individual shoeboxes that will be sent to children across the globe. Danielle and Jeanie created the shopping lists, organized the contributions, and filled the boxes to be shipped out. Globally, volunteers with Samaritan’s Purse work with local pastors to organize shoebox distribution events where they can share the Good News with communities who may not know Christ’s love. Operation Christmas Child

“As Christian leaders, we thought it was important to dedicate some prayer, time, and resources this Christmas season to make an impact outside of our backyards,” said Joe Davis, Vice President and General Manager of Eldridge.  “Our employees of different faith backgrounds worked together to bring this project to fruition and we feel blessed to work with this compassionate and caring group of people.”

Eldridge’s shoeboxes were shipped to Haiti earlier this month. We hope that the contents inside, combined with our offered prayers, will help spread God’s infinite love this season.
