Eldridge has broken ground on its new facility! Located in Katy Texas, our new facility will be a combination of offices and warehouse that will accommodate our plans for future growth. The new facility will be constructed on a 1.24 acre site in the Grandway West Development located at the Grand Parkway and Franz Road. Design and construction services are being provided The Urban Companies.
The 4,500 sq. ft. of office space will have a reception area, 15 individual offices, a conference room and a kitchen/breakroom. Our future plans include stocking fans for immediate delivery during the hot summer months. For that purpose, our warehouse space will have 4,200 sq. ft. with a clearance of 20 ft. to allow for multiple levels of pallet racks. It will accommodate shipping and receiving from trucks with both a dock high door and a ground level access door. The warehouse has also been designed to be used as a showroom. The ventilation system that will be installed will feature products that Eldridge sells such as an indirect evaporative cooler, solar powered panel fans and HVLS fans.
Attending the ground breaking ceremony were (from left to right) Kim Nelson, Don Nelson, Steve Chaffin, Chis Schell, Danielle Schell, Fred Mott, Anna Lucas, Ed Neese, Audrey Davis, Joe Davis, Robin Davis, Josh Janecek, Clayton Settle, James Ochoa and Robin Ochoa. Commenting afterwards, Joe Davis, President, said “One of our core values is service and our new facility will allow Eldridge to do more for our great customers and equipment providers. I’m excited for the opportunities that will come with the completion of our new facility in early 2022.”
